Program Administration

  • Perform all professional services related to preparing request for proposal and negotiating the best proposal from selected vendors.
  • Monitor contracts, SPD's and amendments for accuracy and adequacy.
  • Act as a liaison between client employees and the insurance company/vendor to resolve questions and requests.
  • Provide guidance with a willingness to share presentations, work product and newly learned techniques and knowledge in the field.
  • Continual review of emerging claim experience.
